I will most likely post any art created and may use it for examples of my work, etc. If you do not like or want that then it must be agreed apon beforehand, otherwise I will ignore any requests to take down or not use said piece for stuff.

I do not and will not tolerate being rude, lashing out at others, constant begging, not paying, etc. And will result in either being blocked or atleast not allowed to buy from me again(somethings like being rude and lashing out will result in a instant block while constant begging or missing a payment will be given ONE warning).

Please be patient! I'm very busy and things may take awhile. You can expect things to be done within 1 day to 2 months.

at least half of payment must be provided before I start anything.

It's preferred if I can send you wips, you can ask to not be sent wips but don't be upset if you don't like it.

I'll only do refunds if I haven't started or have barely started, anything after that will not be refunded so only buy something if yer sure you actually want it.

I have the right to decline anything and I do not need to give you a reason.

I will only make small changes to any finished product.

i usually am uncomfortable drawing/making anything Fandom related, though there are some Fandoms I am comfortable with, just ask!! Some Fandoms I'm okay with are warriors, wings of fire, cookie run, pokemon(i am unlikely to draw Canon characters)

i will draw animals,humans, humanoids, mecha, flowers, basically any gore, etc. If there is anything yer unsure about just ask :>

I will not draw kinky/fetishy stuff, sexual things, complete nudity, etc. If yer unsure about anything just ask :>

(Comm related)art can only be used by the commissioner, or if the character the art was attached to was sold then it can then be used by the new owner of the character, or if the commissioner gave written approval.

(design related)do not sell characters/designs made by me for more then they were bought unless they have commissioned art attached to them.

(design related) it is not necessary but it is preferred if you have a TH(toyhouse) to help make sure my T.O.S is being followed and I'm credited properly.

(Design related) you can alter designs as much as you'd like(change species, add patterns, etc), just try to keep it somewhat recognizable and credit me

Don't use anything bought from me for commercial use without asking and getting my writen permission.
